TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The Southern Miss women's cross country team concluded the 2011 season at the NCAA Division I South Regional Championship in Tuscaloosa, Ala., on Saturday at The Harry Pritchett Cross Country Course.

The Golden Eagles finished 20th out of 27 teams with 557 points. Stephanie Ledgerwood was the top finisher for the Golden Eagles who covered the 6K course in a time of 22:01.4 to finish 49th overall.

Florida State captured the team title with 34 points placing three runners in the top five including the individual winner in Amanda Winslow who posted a time of 20:33.4 in the 6K race.

Krista Moylan (91) was the next finisher for Southern Miss, posting a time of 22:47.5 followed by Jocelyn Lockhart (110) with a time of 23:11.6. Rounding out the finishes for Southern Miss was Kara Moylan (165) with a time of 24:42.6 and Brittany Ware (186) with a time of 26:17.9.
