Southern Miss Sports Today with Todd Monken Debuts Thursday
the 30-minute television program will air locally on WDAM-ABC, Thursdays, at 6 p.m.
HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Southern Miss Sports Today with Todd Monken, a 30-minute weekly television show chronicling Golden Eagle football, makes its 2014 debut on Thursday, Aug. 28. Hosted by the "Voice of the Golden Eagles" John Cox and Coach Monken, the show gives viewers a weekly inside look at the Southern Miss Football program with interviews, game highlights and interesting features.
This week's show includes a preseason look at the Golden Eagle football team and their preparations for the 2014 season as well as Monken's insights to go along with interviews with defensive coordinator David Duggan, offensive coordinator Chip Lindsey and sophomore quarterback Nick Mullens and senior linebacker Alan Howze. The show will also take a look at this week's opponent Mississippi State.
The program will air this season at 6 p.m., on Thursday nights on WDAM-ABC (Comcast Channel 2 in Standard Definition in Hattiesburg, Miss.; Comcast HD Channel 431) in addition to cable systems in the state. The program will also air on Cox Sports Television and its affiliates throughout the Gulf South and will be available on Campusinsider.com and SouthernMiss.com.
