After spending two seasons working with coach Todd Monken at Oklahoma State, Brian Hudson joined his former offensive coordinator in Hattiesburg as the offensive quality control coach.
As with the Cowboys, Hudson works directly with Monken to coach the quarterbacks, coming to Hattiesburg with lofty credentials in that category. During his two years in Stillwater, the Cowboys ranked No. 4 and No. 3 nationally in total offense and scoring offense, respectively, and put up a 20-6 record over a two-year span including a Big 12 and Fiesta Bowl Championship.
Hudson got his start in coaching as a student assistant at OSU in 2008 while working with coaches Mike Gundy, Gunter Brewer and Dana Holgorsen. Hudson has also worked on the staffs of five bowl-bound teams, seeing the field in the Heart of Dallas Bowl, Fiesta Bowl, Alamo Bowl, Cotton Bowl and Holiday Bowl.
In 2010, Hudson earned his undergraduate degree in university studies from Oklahoma State.
