PEORIA, Ill. (AP) -- Jeremy Crouch scored 25 points to help Bradley beat Southern Miss 83-73 on Saturday.
Crouch finished 10-for-10 from the free-throw line and Bradley's (9-2) Will Franklin scored 22 points, including five 3-pointers. Daniel Ruffin closed the game with 16.
The Golden Eagles shot 66.7 percent in the first half, but that wasn't enough to overtake the Braves who lead by as much as 14 points in the first half and entered halftime up 39-35.
Bradley scored 26 points off 22 Southern Miss turnovers. Bradley only committed eight turnovers.
Southern Miss ended the game 64.9 percent from the field. Bradley shot 49.1 percent.
Zach Andrews lead Bradley with seven rebounds. The Golden Eagles' Andre Stephens had eight.
