Averaged a team-best 12.6 ppg in league play en route to earning C-USA All- Freshman team honors ... Became second Southern Miss player to earn that distinction, the other being Anthony Richards during the 1995-96 season ... Played in all 31 games, starting a team-best 29 ... Earned a three-point rating by HoopScoop Magazine ... Led the team to the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council's (NEPSAC) Class A championship ... Prior to playing at Bridgton, Beasley had a standout career for Coach Jack Doss at Butler High School in Huntsville, Ala., where he led the team to a 30-5 record and the Class 4A State Championship as a senior ...
