HATTIESBURG, Miss. - The Southern Miss baseball team will hold "Trick or Treat at The Pete" this Thursday, Oct. 31, from 5-7 p.m., in conjunction with game four of its Breast Cancer Awareness World Series at Pete Taylor Park/Hill Denson Field.
Along with trick or treating for the kids, there also will be races, as well as games that include witches hat toss, pin the wart on the witch, boo bowling, face painting and more.
"We wanted to be able to give our fans a family friendly evening that includes baseball and all the fun that goes along with Halloween," said Southern Miss coach Scott Berry. "It should be another exciting evening at The Pete."
In addition, the baseball squad will play game four of its fall series with the Gold holding to a 3-0 advantage over the Black squad in this best-of-seven series.
