2009 (Freshman)

  • Started 23 of the team's final 24 games at shortstop
  • The College Baseball Blog listed him as the 66th best player in the nation entering the 2010 season
  • Earned Most Outstanding Player for the NCAA Atlanta Regional
  • In the Atlanta Regional, he hit three home runs and a double for a .778 slugging percentage to go along with 10 RBI and 14 total bases
  • He slugged two home runs in the same inning vs. Georgia Tech on June 1st (a two-run HR and a three-run HR), giving him a career-high five RBI in a game
  • Hit six of his eight home runs in the postseason, including a three-run home run in the College World Series vs. North Carolina (June 16)
  • Had a career high three hits at East Carolina (April 25)
  • Played for the Falmouth Commodores in the Cape Cod Summer League
  • Earned a spot on the midseason all-star team and played in the Cape Cod All-Star game at Fenway Park
  • Was named All-Cape Cod League at the conclusion of the season
  • Baseball America named him the 20th best prospect in the Cape Cod League

  • Named to the Sun Herald All-South Team
  • Participated in the East Coast Showcase and the Perfect Game showcase

  • Hit .390 with six home runs and 37 RBI as a senior in 2008
