2017 (So.): Stepped into more prominent role pitching, appearing in 16 games, including eight starts…Finished 3-3 with a 5.56 ERA…Picked up first career win with six innings of shutout ball versus Xavier (3/11, G2)…Threw career-long eight innings, a complete game, allowing a run on one hit with a career-high seven strikeouts in a win at WKU (4/2)…Scattered five hits, while allowing one run over five innings in a win against Southeastern Louisiana (5/16) in Biloxi…Threw 55 innings, allowing 34 earned runs, with 25 walks and 48 strikeouts…Allowed 54 hits, including 11 doubles, six home runs…Also appeared in five games as a defensive replacement in the outfield and another as a pinch runner…Did not have a plate appearance…Played for the Ocean State Waves of the New England Collegiate Baseball League last summer…Did not register a decision, but fanned 19 and walked 13 over 16 2/3 innings with a 1.62 ERA.
