Converted reliever who threw in 37 games out of the bullpen his first three seasons to making 15 starts as a senior and tallying an 11-1 record with a 1.56 ERA...Voted second-team Louisville Slugger All-American by the publication Collegiate Baseball...Became the second Southern Miss player to ever win the C Spire Ferriss Trophy for best collegiate baseball player in the state of Mississippi, with the other being Tyler Koelling in 2011...Named C-USA Pitcher of the Year, marking just the second time a Southern Miss pitcher has won the award -- Todd McInnis won it in 2009 and 2011...Named 1st team All-Conference USA, as well as to the C-USA All-Tournament team for an 8 2/3 shutout performance against Old Dominion, before the Golden Eagles won the game in 12 innings, 2-0...Voted C-USA Pitcher of the Week twice on March 2 and March 30, the NCBWA National Pitcher of the Week (3/31) and the College Sports Madness C-USA Pitcher of the Week (3/2)...Had strings of 23 2/3 and 18 1/3 scoreless innings during the year...Threw six innings and added eight strikeouts versus Nicholls (2/21) in 2nd start...Won C-USA Pitcher of the Week with six-hit, complete-game shutout performance at Troy (3/1) with 8 strikeouts...Posted a seven-inning shutout of FIU (3/15), allowing just four hits...His eight strikeouts against both Nicholls (2/21) and Troy (3/1) were career highs...Was part of third shutout, throwing 3 2/3 scoreless frames vs. Miss.
