Appeared in six games, all in relief, and did not post a record...Threw nine innings and allowed four runs (two earned) on four walks and six strikeouts...Three of his six outings lasted at least two innings with a season-best 2 2/3 against Middle Tennessee (4/4)...Fanned a season-best two against the Blue Raiders that day and also versus LSU (4/15)...Named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll for the 2014 Spring and Fall semesters as well as the 2013 Fall semester...Earned the C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll.


Played at Pensacola Catholic High School for coach Richard LaBounty as the squad was named the National Champions by Collegiate Baseball, USA Today and MaxPreps after finishing a perfect 30-0 and winning the Florida Class 4A state championship for the second-straight season in 2013 ... Threw the final frame in the clinching game in a 7-5 victory over Monsignor Pace (Miami) to cap a season that included a 9-0 record with three saves ... Posted a 1.32 ERA over 58 1/3 innings with 81 strikeouts and 29 walks as he appeared in 16 games, including nine starts on his way to being named second team Louisville Slugger All-American ... Threw a complete game in the state semifinals, defeating Fort Myers-Bishop Verot 2-0, allowing just three hits in the contest ... Collected an 8-0 record as a junior with a 1.14 ERA ... Fanned 58 and walked 28 in 55 1/3 innings ... Captured a complete-game victory over Bishop Verot in the state title game, avenging a loss to the same school the previous year for the championship
